We offer a dedicated, in house service for modifications and repairs of High pressure die cast tooling to ensure continued production capability for our customers without the expense and time delay incurred in manufacturing a new tool.

Pressure die-casting tools are used primarily in foundries for the production of precision Aluminium castings in high volume.  If you have issues with a die cast tool that you cannot produce good quality die inserts from, we can repair, modify and reverse engineer the tool in order to give you the quality of casting you require.

Our expert facilities allow us to carry out full refurbishment and modifications on any existing high pressure die cast tool. This includes the repair of damaged tools and any design modifications.
